This FOURTH AMENDMENT, dated as of July 11, 2024 (the "Amendment") to the AMENDED AND RESTATED GLOBAL CUSTODY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) dated June 8, 2021, as amended on August 9, 2021, November 18, 2021, and October 19, 2023, among JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. (“J.P. Morgan”), with a place of business at 383 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10179; JANUS DETROIT STREET TRUST (the “Customer”), a Delaware statutory trust with a place of business at 151 Detroit Street, Denver, Colorado 80206 acting on behalf of each Fund listed in Annex I, and JANUS HENDERSON INVESTORS US LLC as investment manager of Customer and to the extent specified in the Agreement (“Manager”) with a place of business at 151 Detroit Street, Denver, Colorado 80206.

This Fourth Amendment (“Amendment”) to the AMENDED AND RESTATED FUND SERVICES AGREEMENT, dated June 8, 2021, as amended on August 9, 2021, November 18, 2021, and October 19, 2023 (the “Agreement”) between JANUS HENDERSON INVESTORS US LLC (“Customer”) and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. (“J.P. Morgan”), is made and entered into as of July 11, 2024 by the same parties.

As you know, Section 5 of our Investment Advisory Agreement provides for compensation payable to Janus Henderson Investors US LLC (“Adviser”) with respect to the Janus Henderson Emerging Markets Debt Hard Currency ETF and the Janus Henderson Mid Cap Growth Alpha ETF (each a “Fund” and together the “Funds”). This letter is to inform you that the Adviser will waive and/or reimburse to each Fund a portion of its management fee in an amount equal to a portion of the management fee it earns as investment adviser to affiliated exchange traded funds (“Affiliated ETFs") in which a Fund (if any), for at least the period from of each Fund’s inception through February 28, 2025, set forth as follows:

Morgan”).
