THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of April 11, 2018 by and between General Cannabis Corp., a Colorado corporation (the “Company”), and Robert Frichtel, an individual (“Employee”), but will be effective as of March 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”).
