THIS SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into on September 16, 2014 by and between Acucela Inc., a Washington corporation (the “Company”), and Ryo Kubota, M.D., Ph.D. (“Employee”).
