THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 31st day of October, 2012, to be effective as of October 1, 2012 (“Effective Date”) by and between UNITED INSURANCE HOLDINGS CORP., a Delaware Corporation, and any of its parent or subsidiary companies (collectively, the “Company”), and BENNETT BRADFORD MARTZ (the “Executive”).
