THIS RESTRICTED STOCK AWARD AGREEMENT (this Agreement) is entered into as of this 13th day of September, 2013 (the Effective Date) by and between UNITED INSURANCE HOLDINGS CORP., a Delaware corporation (the Company), and DEEPAK MENON, an individual residing in the State of Florida (the Participant).
