This ACQUISITION AGREEMENT is entered into and made effective as of the 24th day of February, 2010 by and between Alternative Energy Partners, Inc, a Florida Corporation ("AEGY" or “Buyer”); Sunarias Corporation, a California Corporation (“Sunarias”); and Healthcare of Today, Inc, a California Corporation (“Healthcare” or “HOTI”), the sole Shareholder of Sunarias (“Seller”).
