This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 19 day of March, 2010 between American Nano Silicon Technology, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“ANNO” or the “Company”) and the Investors in Schedule A (“Investor”).
