THIS VOTING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of January 6, 2023 by and between the undersigned holder (“Shareholder”) of common stock of Lone Star Bank, a Texas banking association (“Lone Star”), and First Guaranty Bancshares, Inc., a Louisiana corporation (“First Guaranty”). All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Merger Agreement (defined below).
