This Amended and Restated Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective on September 24, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Q2 Software, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), and David J. Mehok (“Executive”). Each of the Company and Executive are a “Party” and, collectively, they are the “Parties.”
