THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT of Blockstack Token Fund AI, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), is entered into as of December , 2017 by and among Blockstack Token Fund GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the general partner of the Partnership (the “General Partner”), and each of the Persons listed in the books and records of the Partnership as limited partners of the Partnership, and solely for purposes of acknowledging its withdrawal from the Partnership, the Initial Limited Partner (as defined below).
