This EXECUTIVE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into on this 24th day of September, 2019 and shall be effective as of September 24, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by Penn National Gaming, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (the “Company”), and the senior executive who has executed this Agreement below (“Executive”).
