This LOAN AGREEMENT (together with the Schedules and Exhibits attached hereto, this “Agreement”), dated as of December 19, 2022 is made by and among Ecopetrol S.A., a mixed economy company organized and existing under the laws of Colombia (the “Borrower”); the Lenders (as defined below) and UMB Bank, National Association, as administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”). Capitalized terms used herein shall be defined as provided in Section 1.
