THIS SETTLEMENT AND MUTUAL RELEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”)dated as of April 3, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between ELECTROMEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Blue Lake Partners, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Investor”) (the Company and the Investor are each also referred to herein as a “Party”, and together as the “Parties”).
