This SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of April 24, 2020 (this “Second Supplemental Indenture”), is made and entered into by AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, as trustee (in such capacity, the “Trustee”).
