THIS CUSTODY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of February 23, 2024, is entered into by and between THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association organized under the laws of the United States (the “Custodian” or “Bank”), and Blue Chip Investor Funds, a statutory trust formed under the laws of the Ohio (the “Company”).
