THIS GAS GATHERING AGREEMENT is effective July 1, 2010 (“Effective Date”) by and between Kerr-McGee Gathering LLC (“Gatherer”) and Kerr-McGee Oil and Gas Onshore LP (“Shipper”) and is comprised of these Commercial Terms, the Definitions, the General Terms and Conditions, and any attachments, exhibits, supplements, special provisions, addenda, or modifications or amendments thereto (“Agreement”). The parties to this Agreement may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
