This Executive Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 21st day of November, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) between Norman Abdallah (“Executive”), an individual, and Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
