THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 1st day of October, 2009, by and between Dongzhu Feng of Suite 3202, Zhong Bao Building, No. 166 Lu Jia Zhui, Pu Dong District, Shang Hai, China (“Consultant”) and Zenitech Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its offices located in Suite 1200, 1000N. West Street, Wilmington, DE 19801 (the “Company”).
