This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of September, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between Marathon Patent Group, Inc. a Nevada corporation with an address at 11100 Santa Monica Blvd Suite 380 Los Angeles, CA 90025, and Daniel Gelbtuch, with an address at 854 Central Avenue Woodmere, NY 11598(“Executive”).
