THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CONVERTIBLE PROMISSORY NOTE OF FLUOROPHARMA MEDICAL, INC. (this “Amendment”), dated as of May 26, 2016, is made by FluoroPharma Medical, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company” or the “Borrower”), and the undersigned holders (each, a “Holder” and, collectively, the “Holders”).
