This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 13th day of June, 2018, to be effective as of the 18th day of June, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Hillenbrand, Inc., an Indiana corporation (the “Company”), and Michael Whitted (“Executive”). Each of the Company and Executive is sometimes referred to below as a “Party” and together they are the “Parties.” The Company’s direct and remote parent and subsidiary companies, and those companies under common control with the Company, as constituted from time to time, are referred to below as its “affiliated companies.”
