Subscription. The undersigned (the "Investor") subscribes for and agrees to purchase 300,000 shares of Common Stock (the "Shares") issued by IdeaEdge, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the "Company"), for $1.00 per share, as follows: on each of March 1, 2008, April 1, 2008, May 1, 2008 and June 1, 2008, Investor shall purchase 75,000 Shares ($75,000); provided, however, the Company may provide written notice to the Investor at any time of the termination of Investor’s obligations to purchase Shares hereunder. The Investor acknowledges that this subscription is irrevocable, and unless terminated by the Company, constitutes an unconditional obligation to purchase a minimum of 300,000 Shares. The Investor and Company agree to work together in good faith to address the funding needs of the Company which may exist after Investor’s purchase of the 300,000 Shares.
