This Supply License Agreement (this "Agreement'), dated as of March 22, 2006, is entered into by and between Mannatech, Inc., a Texas corporation having a place of business at 600 South Royal Lane, Suite 200, Coppell, TX 75019 ("Buyer") and JnB:Biotechnologies, Inc., a New Jersey corporation having a place of business at 255 Long Avenue, Hillside, New Jersey 07205 ("Seller").
