This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 23, 2024, by and between iBio, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “iBio”), and Martin Brenner (the “Executive”). The Effective Date of this Agreement shall be July 1, 2024.
