This AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of February 26, 2016, is entered into by and among RECEIVABLE ASSETS OF ONDECK, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company”), the Lenders party hereto from time to time and SUNTRUST BANK, as Administrative Agent for the Class A Revolving Lenders (in such capacity, “Administrative Agent”) and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as Paying Agent (in such capacity, “Paying Agent”) and as Collateral Agent for the Secured Parties (in such capacity, “Collateral Agent”).
