This THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of December 15, 2017, is entered into by and among Receivable Assets of ONDECK, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company”), the Lenders party hereto from time to time and SUNTRUST BANK, as Administrative Agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, “Administrative Agent”), WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as Paying Agent (in such capacity, “Paying Agent”) and as Collateral Agent for the Secured Parties (in such capacity, “Collateral Agent”).
