This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on January 22, 2021 with an effective date of January 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) between AGNC Mortgage Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and Bernice Bell (the “Executive”), and supersedes and replaces in its entirety that certain Employment Agreement, entered into between the Company and the Executive, effective as of January 1, 2019, as amended (the “Prior Agreement”).
