This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement is entered into on January 31, 2023 (“Effective Date”) between Sean P. Reid (the “Executive”) and AGNC Mortgage Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and supersedes and replaces in its entirety that certain Employment Agreement entered into between the Company and the Executive, effective as of January 21, 2019 and as amended January 21, 2022 (collectively, “the Prior Agreement”).
