This SIXTH AMENDED AND RESTATED MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of November 20, 2017 by and between (i) ARMOUR RESIDENTIAL REIT, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “REIT”), and (ii) ARMOUR CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Manager”).
