This PATENTS PURCHASE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into on May 15, 2007 ("Effective Date") by and between CALYPSO WIRELESS, INC. with an office at 2500 NW 79th Avenue, Suite 220, Doral, Florida 33122 ("Purchaser"), and VOICE TO PHONE, INC. with a principal office located at 5328 Redwood rd, Plantation, FL 33317 ("Seller").
