This First Addendum to Convertible Promissory Note (this “Agreement”) dated November 30, 2011 to be effective as of November 28, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), is by, between Savoy Energy Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“Savoy” or the “Company”) and ASL Energy, Corp., a Texas corporation and or its assigns (“ASL”) sometimes hereinafter being referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
