If this offer is accepted, your employment with the Company will be “at-will.” This means that either you or the Company may conclude the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of employment, including but not limited to termination, demotion, promotion, transfer, compensation, benefits, duties, and location of work. Neither this offer letter nor any other written or verbal communications are intended to create, or shall create, a contract of employment or a promise of employment for any specific term or duration. The Company can only modify the “at-will” nature of the employment relationship in an express written agreement signed by you and the Chief HR & Administrative Officer of the Company.
