EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of April 30, 2014 by and among Wright Investors' Service, Inc. (the "Adviser"), Wright Investors' Service Distributors, Inc. (the "Distributor") and The Wright Managed Equity Trust (the "Trust"), a Massachusetts business trust, on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (each, a "Fund").
