AGREEMENT dated as of the 22nd day of October, 2014, by and between ALTX Trust, a Delaware statutory trust, with its principal office and place of business at Three Canal Plaza, Portland, Maine 04101 (the "Trust"), Atlantic Fund Administration, LLC (d/b/a Atlantic Fund Services), a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal office and place of business at Three Canal Plaza, Portland, Maine 04101 (together with its successors in interest, "Atlantic FA"), and Atlantic Shareholder Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal office and place of business at Three Canal Plaza, Portland, Maine 04101 (together with its successors in interest, "Atlantic TA").

THIS GLOBAL CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT is made as of September 25, 2014, individually, by and among the Client (as defined below) a Delaware Statutory Trust, doing business out of Three Canal Plaza, Suite 600 Portland, Maine (the "Trust") on behalf of each open-end management investment company listed on Schedule I of the Agreement as amended from time to time (each, a "Fund" and each such Fund and the Trust collectively, the "Client"), and Citibank, N.A. acting through its offices or branch located in New York (the "Custodian").
