AGREEMENT made as of the 27th day of March, 2015, by and between Forum Funds, a Delaware statutory trust, with its principal office and place of business at Three Canal Plaza, Portland, Maine 04101 (the "Trust"), and Lebenthal Lisanti Capital Growth, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal office and place of business at 230 Park Avenue, 32nd Floor, New York, New York 10169 (the "Adviser").
