This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this 13th day of June, 2016, by and between Discovery Corporate Services Limited (“Company”) and JB Perrette (“Executive”). Where relevant, Company shall also refer to Discovery Communications, LLC and its executive management and all subsidiary and group companies within Discovery Networks International of which Executive is President.
