Congratulations, you have been awarded a performance restricted stock unit (“PRSU”) in recognition of your contributions to the success of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. (the “Company”) and as described in your employment agreement with the Company dated as of May 16, 2021, and the amendment to the employment agreement dated as of March 8, 2023, (as amended, the “2021 Employment Agreement”).
