This THIRTEENTH AMENDMENT AND WAIVER TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of April 14, 2020, is among Lilis Energy Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Borrower”), certain Subsidiaries of the Borrower (the “Guarantors”), BMO Harris Bank N.A.
