This THIRTEENTH AMENDMENT AND WAIVER TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of April 14, 2020, is among Lilis Energy Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Borrower”), certain Subsidiaries of the Borrower (the “Guarantors”), BMO Harris Bank N.A. (“BMO”), as Administrative Agent for the Lenders, and the other Lenders from time to time party hereto.
