This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of May 3, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) by and between TechTarget, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a principal place of business at 275 Grove Street, Newton, MA 02466 (the “Employer”), and Jeffrey Wakely (the “Executive”).
