This Amended and Restated Executive Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 19, 2010 (the “Restatement Date”), by and between Multimedia Games, Inc., a Texas corporation (the “Company”), and Patrick Ramsey, an individual (“Executive”).
