This First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of September 20, 2010 (the “First Supplemental Indenture”), among J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arkansas (the “Company,” which term includes any successor Person under the Indenture hereinafter referred to), J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia (herein called the “Initial Guarantor”), and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, as Trustee hereunder (herein called the “Trustee”), supplements that certain Indenture, dated as of September 20, 2010, among the Company, the Initial Guarantor and the Trustee (the “Indenture”).
