THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT is effective as of the 16th day of February, 2010, by and between AMERICAN CENTURY TARGET MATURITIES TRUST, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Issuer”), and AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Distributor”).

This MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 16th day of July, 2010 by and between AMERICAN CENTURY TARGET MATURITIES TRUST, a Massachusetts business trust and registered investment company (the “Company”), and AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Investment Manager”).
