THIS MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 16th day of July, 2010, by and between AMERICAN CENTURY WORLD MUTUAL FUNDS, INC., a Maryland corporation (hereinafter called the “Company”), and AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, INC., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter called the “Investment Manager”).

THIS AGREEMENT is made this 16th day of July, 2010, by and among AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, INC., a Delaware corporation registered as an Investment Adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (the “Adviser”), TEMPLETON INVESTMENT COUNSEL, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Templeton”) and FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INVESTMENTS (ASIA) LIMITED, a company existing under the laws of Hong Kong (“Franklin Asia”). Both Templeton and Franklin Asia (collectively referred to as the “Subadvisers”) are registered Investment Advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
