This Common Stock Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of July 21, 2011 by and between Location Based Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation with its principal office at 49 Discovery, Suite 260, Irvine, California 92618 (the “Company”), and those purchasers listed on the attached Exhibit A, as such exhibit may be amended from time to time (each a “Purchaser”, and collectively, the “Purchasers”).
