THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of August 12, 2011 (including the Exhibits and Schedules hereto, this “Agreement”) is by and among J.B. HUNT TRANSPORT, INC., a Georgia corporation (the “Borrower”), J.B. HUNT TRANSPORT SERVICES, INC., an Arkansas corporation (the “Parent”), the Lenders whose signatures appear on the signature pages hereof or which hereafter become parties hereto, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and THE BANK OF TOKYO-MITSUBISHI UFJ, LTD., as Syndication Agents, MERRILL LYNCH, PIERCE, FENNER & SMITH INCORPORATED, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and THE BANK OF TOKYO-MITSUBISHI UFJ, LTD., as Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Book Managers, and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (“Bank of America”), a national banking association, as administrative agent for the Lenders hereunder.
