This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of February 8, 2012, is made by and among CHINA ARMCO METALS, INC., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada (the “Company”), and Kexuan Yao (the “Executive”).
