This Option Agreement for the Purchase and Sale of Real Property and Escrow Instructions (the “Agreement”), dated September 20, 2011, is entered into by and between Spansion LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Optionor”), and Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc., a California corporation (“Optionee”).
