This Office Lease (this “Lease”), dated as of the date set forth in Section 1.1, is made by and between TRIZEC WILSHIRE CENTER, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”), and CATASYS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).
