This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this December [ ], 2013, by and between Learning Tree International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and Max Shevitz (hereinafter referred to as “Employee”) and the parties hereto desire that the terms and conditions of such employment pursuant to the Agreement be effective October 1, 2013.
