THIS ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of the 9th day of August, 2014, by and between Insteel Wire Products Company, a North Carolina corporation (“Purchaser”), and American Spring Wire Corp., an Ohio corporation (“Seller”).
